有没有官方FAQ或者直接的规则文本讲这个事啊？

炼金本来就不施法而是直接喝化合练成嘛，所以我倾向是不受影响的
不过直接的faq或规则文本我确实不清楚，蹲一个回答

通常，炼金不会施法。

化合炼成不是施法，炼金也没有所谓的施法者等级。

可是转变术也不仅仅是不能施法啊，法术触发型物品都不能用。
In effect, an alchemist prepares his spells by mixing ingredients into a number of extracts, and then “casts” his spells by drinking the extract.

可是你也看到了它把"cast"加了雙引號啊，說明它不是施法，只是這種寫讓你比較有個借鏡，比較好懂而已
而且FAQ早說了：
煉金術師：在製作非藥水的魔法物品時，煉金術師可以被視為施法者嗎？
字面理解，不能，煉金術師不是施法者，因為也無法選擇製造奇物等專長。
設計組認為這會讓煉金術師不能製造魔像等標誌性物體，所以在考慮如何修改。
Alchemist: Is an alchemist a spellcaster for the purpose of crafting magic items other than potions?
As written, no, alchemists are not spellcasters, and therefore can't select feats such as Craft Wondrous Item.
The design team is aware that this creates some thematic problems with the idea of an alchemist creating golems and so on, and plan to examine this in the future.
