各位大人好，目前我们跑团中，有人使用野蛮人的变体，Titan Mauler，其中有一个能力：Massive Weapons (Ex)At 3rd level, a titan mauler becomes skilled in the use of massive weapons looted from her titanic foes. The attack roll penalty for using weapons too large for her size is reduced by 1, and this reduction increases by 1 for every three levels beyond 3rd (to a minimum of 0).
目前我们团里有两种意见，一种认为这个可以让中体型野蛮人双手拿大号的双手武器，另一种观点认为，由于本身大号双手武器不能被中体型持用，所以中体型野蛮人只能双手拿大号单手武器并享受-1的减值。请问各位大人，仅从规则讨论，我们谁的观点正确？请不吝赐教

拿大一号的武器只有-2减值，没有哪里说不能用
加上这个变-1（或者更少）

先要能拿，才有不符合体型的减值。拿不了的还是拿不了。

也是官网论坛蛮常见的问题了，共识是不能。这能力只能削减惩罚，比如正常双手用超大的轻武器什么的

这里扯淡的是罚值最多4，但是这个能力最多可以把罚值降6？

几点补充（充分说明写UC野蛮人变体的家伙是抽大麻的）
1、巨人杀手（Titan Mauler）变体就是个坑
讨论已经充分，擅长大型武器（Massive Weapons，Ex）的加值到+2可以无减值拿大型单手武器，到+4可以无减值拿超大型轻型武器。到+5以上毫无意义。事实上恐怕也只有2D8的大型重剑或矮人战斧有点统计学上的战力价值，因此这个加值到+3就已然废了。
连像样的武器都买不到的生存团除外。
2、原住民（True Primitive）变体有文盲特性
文盲（Illiteracy）：原住民无法读写。而他们的迷信文化也根本排斥对读写的学习，原住民即使兼职其他职业也依然无法读写。
Illiteracy: A true primitive cannot read or write, and her superstition about such things leads her to refuse to ever learn to read or write, even if she multiclasses into other classes.
3、根本不存在的“推荐”狂暴之力
原住民（True Primitive）变体推荐狂暴之力：鬼灵狂暴（ghost hunter），高等原始嗅觉（greater primal scent）
都市野人（Urban Barbarian）变体推荐狂暴之力：完美精准（perfect accuracy）
上述狂暴之力据查在一本叫做《极限脑残（Unlimited Retard，UT）》的扩展书中。

Can a Medium titan mauler wield a Large two-handed weapon, such as a Large greatsword?
No. The "Inappropriately Sized Weapons" rule (Core Rulebook 144) says (in summary) that a creature can't wield an inappropriately-sized weapon if the size difference would increase it one or more "steps" beyond "two-handed." None of the titan mauler's abilities say the character can break the "steps" part of the "Inappropriately Sized Weapons" rule, so the character still has to follow that rule.
