上个星期在小天的群里讨论起法术反转能不能反转射线的问题，因为法术反转的描述中写道Spell turning also fails to stop touch range spells.因为对于touch range spells的范围的理解导致对于ray能不能被反转产生了一定争议，最后觉得这样的问题直接写邮件问wotc比较好，于是便发信问了。
1,Can spell turning turn ray spells? In the description of the spell turning it said that "Spell turning also fails to stop touch range spells." And ray spell is a ranged touch spell.
2,When determine the effect of ray spells, it is considered to be a ranged spells or a touch spells or some other spells? Such as for spell turning and other things like feats and skills?
今天收到了回信，内容如下：
Thank you for contacting us.
Since it does not specify that it fails to stop only melee touch spells, then it also fails to stop ranged touch spells.
They are considered to be ranged touch spells, which are touch spells.

于是法术反转不能turn ray，而且ray在各种情况都被考虑成touch spell。

I think this reply is non-sense. Below is excerption from previous FAQ, which I believe is a more reliable source than replies:
Q:As a DM, I have ruled that spells with the range of
“touch” are the only spells that allow you to use the holding
the charge rule from Chapter 10 of the Player’s Handbook.
My players argued that any spell that uses a ranged touch
attack, such as disintegrate, also qualified. Which is correct?
A:Look at the spell’s range entry. If it doesn’t say “touch,” you
can’t hold the charge. Disintegrate is a medium range spell
100 ft + 10 ft. per caster level), not a touch range spell.
Because disintegrate is a ray, you do indeed make a ranged
touch attack when using the spell, but that’s not the same as a
range of touch.
I think this FAQ clearly states the concept that, touch range spell is a spell which has "touch" in its "range" entry. The description of spell turning specifies "touch range spells", not "touch attack", so I dont think this rule applies to ray spells.
The point is, "touch attack" has two forms, "ranged touch attack" and "melee touch attack", but it's never a range. And "touch" is a range, which means that the target must be within reach of the caster. I think this situation is just a misnomer, "touch attack" happens to use the same word as "touch range", and leads to confusion, just like the case "level" "spell level" and "character level" ^^(If you have read OOTS#12, I think you would know what I mean)

By the way, I think wotc should employ fat-fat or blue-blue to do this replying and writing FAQ job, to avoid this kind of non-sense. (HAHA)

这法术八成本意如此……这个have you as a target就是指的targeted spell，否则也不会特意提到touch spell(which is a targeted spell).
至于ray不是targeted spell我想这不用我再引srd来论证了吧...

貌似偶根本没细看过E文的法术叙述…………

借地方问一句：那个“法术反转”戒指，魔法物品描述中描述为：启动后视为具有”法术反转“法术效果。该戒指施法者等级为15
那么佩戴这个戒指是不是意味着把”法术反转“法术固化在自己身上？这样，是不是意味着”target“型法术完全不能对佩戴该戒指者起作用了.....这样是否过于强大了？

每次启动可以维持150分钟，或效力消退为止。

spell turning每天只能启动3次。
根据faq，spell turning启动后直到确实反弹了法术才会消散而没有时间限制。
