1. 和尚是否可以用装备特殊材质铁手套（炼银手套、寒铁手套）的方法来获得破材质DR的能力？
2. 如果前一个可行，那么+1导气寒铁手套，给有斗气击（魔法、守续、精金）的高级和尚戴那么攻击同时算魔法、守序、寒铁、精金么？
3. 铁手套在简易武器列表里，而和尚擅长的武器是木棒，弩（轻弩或重弩），匕首，手斧，标枪，单镰，双截棍，木棍，十手，手里剑，破魔椎，投石器，不包括铁手套。那么要使用铁手套是否需要先学擅长？

1.可以，不过请确定你用那只手攻击的手套是符合材质以破其DR
2.斗气击是无视其指定的DR，原则上是没有守序、精金这属性(魔法属性则有+1,寒气所有)，但也可以无视魔法、守序、寒铁、精金的DR
3.不需要，因为铁手套的攻击当作UNARMED STRIKE计算，所以不用理会
我本人都很少看FAQ，所以在rules上，都以书作依归，所以有时候可能错解rules

Ki Strike (Su): At 4th level, a monk’s unarmed attacks are empowered with ki. Her unarmed attacks are treated as magic weapons for the purpose of dealing damage to creatures with damage reduction. Ki strike improves with the character’s monk level. At 10th level, her unarmed attacks are also treated as lawful weapons for the purpose of dealing damage to creatures with damage reduction. At 16th level, her unarmed attacks are treated as adamantine weapons for the purpose of dealing damage to creatures with damage reduction and bypassing hardness.

铁手套应该是不能这么用吧，虽然攻击是视为徒手攻击，但是它毕竟是在武器列表内而不是物品列表。而且从MNK的升级能力来看，也是预定MNK是纯粹空手作战的，套个铁手套也能应用徒手能力似乎不妥。

根据FAQ，铁手套并不视为unarmed strike，也不能被用来作flurry of blows。此外铁手套是单列出来的一种简易武器，Monk需要学擅长才能不受命中惩罚地使用。
Can a monk wear a gauntlet and still use her flurry of blows? Does she gain any other special abilities of the gauntlets with her unarmed strikes?
Technically, a gauntlet isn’t an unarmed strike (it has a separate line on Table 7–5: Weapons in the Player’s Handbook), and thus can’t be used as part of a flurry of blows. A monk could wear gauntlets and still use flurry of blows, she just couldn’t attack with the gauntlets as part of the flurry (she’d be using her feet, elbows, knees, and so forth instead).

借主题问一下：
穿着全身铠甲时，还可以使用食人魔巨力手套吗？全身铠甲介绍是，“包括一双铁手套。”

可以，把全身甲的手套扔了就是。

我就是看到铁手套的说明：
Gauntlet: This metal glove lets you deal lethal damage rather than nonlethal damage with unarmed strikes. A strike with a gauntlet is otherwise considered an unarmed attack.
才有上述问题的，真误导人…… :em002
那么，和尚在对付有材质DR的东西时，就只能用单镰，十手或破魔椎了，挥砍、钝击、穿刺正好各一种…… :em005

那个是说还是要被AO的意思吧。

铁手套（Gauntlet）：这种金属手套可以在你使用徒手击打时造成正常的伤害，而不是非致命伤害。在考虑其他方面时，用它进行攻击视作是徒手击打。给出的的价格和重量是单只铁手套的。中型和重型盔甲（除了胸甲）都带有铁手套。
那么显然……SRD中文里面的翻译是有欠缺的,抑或使用斗气击的或是判断是否擅长该武器并不算入“其它方面”
