ENLARGE SPELL
Prerequisite: Wis 13, wizard
Benefit: Before using an arcane attack power, you
can choose to take a -2 penalty to each die of damage
rolled with the power to increase the size of its blast
or its burst by 1.
You can't use this feat on a power that doesn't roll
dice for damage.

所以blast 3*3的攻擊是會變成4*4還是5*5
另外blust 3*3的攻擊是會變成4*4還是5*5
(字面上應該是4*4 但是blast4*4 貌似很不和諧 :em004 )

个人认为
blast 3*3的攻擊是會變成4*4
blust 3*3的攻擊是會變成5*5

应该是blast变4，burst变5吧

也就是blast 3变blast 4，burst 1变burst 2
