Casting Time: 1 standard action
Range: Touch
Targets: Up to one creature/level touched
Duration: Instantaneous
Saving Throw: Fortitude partial; see text
Spell Resistance: Yes
Your hand crackles with the pent-up energy of storm-tossed
lightning, dealing 9d6 points of electricity damage with a
successful melee touch attack. Touched creatures are also
stunned for 1 round by the burning pain unless they make
a successful Fortitude saving throw. You can use this melee
touch attack up to one time per level.

有如下几种理解：
1、我立即进行每CL一次melee touch attack。我觉得这个太强了似乎不可能……
2、能量聚集在我身上，我之后可以进行CL那么多次melee touch attack
于是有如下问题：
如果我可以进行多次攻击，我能否在之后全回合攻击，进行多次melee touch attack？
如果我有天生武器，天生武器命中时否能释放一次效果？
如果我有天生武器，在天生武器全回合攻击的同时能否进行该melee touch attack？

只是一个可以摸多个敌人的法术，最多你CL那么多个人
和任何武器都没什么关系

/me 以前没看过英文版的寒冷之触，看了之后觉得寒冷之触的中文比英文看上去还正确一点……
