Replaces: The bonus feat at 5th level.
Benefit: Your power over movement allows you to resist effects that inhibit any form of movement.
Anytime you fail a save against an effect that would slow, prevent, or otherwise affect your ability to move,you may expend your psionic focus to get another saving throw, adding +1 for every 5 manifester levels you possess.
