有关连发十字弓(Crossbow, Repeating)的装填

知名的威爾斯長弓兵所用的弓長 6ft 6in
以一般人的身高 5ft 6~11in 也一樣能用啊
也沒聽說過威爾斯長弓兵都是高個子

but, is a smaller great bow called "longbow" ?

Why not?  Half of the bow is above your hand - which means a good deal of the bow is above your height.  And 4'11" is still Medium in size.

Edit: Note that, in the attached picture below, the bow is considerably taller then the archer even when pulled.

楼主的DM居然在人物身高和武器尺寸上较真 我的话，就会反问“一个7尺高的蛮子要怎么在5尺宽10尺高的走廊里耍6尺长巨剑呢？”，或者“拿10尺的长矛转身是不是也要花动作了呢？”

各种TRPG规则为了简化，就忽视了很多的真实性问题。武器能用多久？战斗中盔甲会不会被击破？长时间冒险的话PC会不会营养不良？封闭几百年的地下城里的怪物生态循环是怎么维持的？此类“很真实”的问题数量趋向无穷大，都要设定一下的话规则书一定会变成图书馆级别。所以，往这块钻只会谋杀自己的脑细胞，还是直接无视了的好。

我覺得lz的dm就是在變相勸説lz放棄使用巨弓
其?，要花feat的巨弓有什麽好的……乾脆用長弓得了

Because DM says: "Exotic Weapon Only" , no simple weapon, no martial...

So melee fighters all select bastard sword, two-blade sword ...etc

But there are no weapons for archer-type character......

That is why I ask question about repeating crossbow and other exotic bow

我知道的异种远程武器，威力型的不多，大部分是要配合毒药使用的小东西，比如吹箭、袖箭、手里剑等等，或者就是带纠缠的捕网、带拌摔的Bolas这种特效型。一次装两支矢的联装十字弓之类，也没啥大不了的优势。

要做个管用的常规射手，我觉得只有巨弓和重连弩是好的选择。

巨弓吧. 即使八九尺大, 五尺高的角色應該還可以用吧, 只要能拉得動. 不然就要動用 YY 擴展了...
