应用星质形态专长创造出的预制星质构装体，是否能获得选单能力？

“不能”的说法第一次看到是在滥强区那篇psion的翻译文里面，然后看了原文发现并没有提，还以为是作者胡说八道……

结果最近搜了下，发现好几篇文章里都是一样的说法，几乎是老外那边的共识：
We got to ask the Complete Psionic designers on the WotC forums a few years back. It was cool to get input from them, but it sucked that they nerfed the forms.
They said they were for beginners no options. Boost construct has no benefit.

另一个人的回答：
Yeah, the rules as written are ambiguous. They only really indicate the Extopic forms don’t get the menu options by referring to them as “premade” constructs.
