先搞清楚,如果你的DM不开ARG这本书的话,你确实是不能选择种族的天赋职业奖励的,这个规则属于种族变体规则下的选项。另外,这个速习者的原文断句是
Benefit: When you gain a level in a favored class, you gain both +1 hit point and +1 skill rank instead of choosing either one or the other benefit or you can choose an alternate class reward.

所以说偶们逻辑都没有错的话,作为一个后续扩展还有提到的规则,是这专长逻辑混乱了

The feat text is pretty clear, and your basis for disregarding that seems to be that the feat isn't useful to all characters; specifically, those that choose the alternate favoured class bonus.
MOST feats aren't useful to all characters, and characters who do not benefit may therefore be wise to not choose that feat. This does not provide any basis for simply reinterpreting the feat so that it becomes beneficial.
Allowing any two of the three options would make a perfectly fine house rule, but by my interpretation it looks pretty clear that that isn't the actual rule.
