And your problem about 回合制 is likely having it similar to the concept of old 2D RPGs like the FFs and Dragon Quests right? "Lined up on the screen and then go choppy-choppy on each other one by one".
Some TRPG games do that, kinda, but they have their own ways to solve it, that includes completely ignoring the range thing.
But they still ain't trying to put the computer game frameworks and call it TRPGs, they are still TRPG mechanics and systems that happen to have a few similarities with computer games.
There are at least two other idiots on the first page of this forum pulling that "computer game = TRPG" crap right now, and it shows.

Read more TRPG books, as well as play more TRPGs. (PC DnD/PF games don't count BTW.)
