The world's power level.
If it's like here, then whatever you brought is OP, because they all literally breaks the laws of physics. (Even fighters and rouges. I mean try destroying a tank with a katana much? Or opening a high-security digital lock with a lockpick and still have at least a 1/20 chance of success?)
If the world is a YY novel, then whatever you brought is trash, since DnD have foundations in rules ie. restrictions, and YY prioritized rules-breaking + infinite ceiling raise. So if you lead in the first 5 minutes, on the sixth the local whose the real protagonist would get some strange happenings and then blow you out of the water.
Conclusion:
Do it like every other YY: Just call your things "DnD-based" and then ignore DnD altogether. It'll be easier on yourself. =w=
(I mean nobody looks for "real DnD-rules-based stories", even old DnD novels took loads of liberties when they need to. - Like Drizz't's messed up character sheet was an example of trying and failing to explain away an OP protag who could do everything. - And that included YOU since you wouldn't be asking for "leeways" to get past a problem here, if YOU didn't think its a problem you needed to get rid of in the first place. v=3=v )
