FEY到底算是种怎样的生物？

这是标准的说法。
但是似乎仍然有很多精类生物并没有和自然存在什么明显联系。比如《Heroes of Horror》中那个小丑。

3.精类特性基本不变，D6生命骰，1/2HD的BAB，只有一项GOOD SAVE，4+INTMOD的智力，恩，比那些天生就是打架高手的D8生物更适合作为一个没有接受过特别训练的类人生物的HD的。


一个熊地精，或者一个蜥蜴人，其拥有复数的HD可以与职业等级累加，这是否可以表示，对于这些家伙，随便拉出一个平民就有这么强的实力？
