Benefit: Choose one of the creature’s natural attack forms. The damage for this natural weapon increases by one step, as if the creature’s size had increased by one category: 1d2, 1d3, 1d4, 1d6, 1d8, 2d6, 3d6, 4d6, 6d6, 8d6, 12d6.
A weapon or attack that deals 1d10 points of damage increases as follows: 1d10, 2d8, 3d8, 4d8, 6d8, 8d8, 12d8.
Special: You can take this feat multiple times, but each time it applies to a different natural attack.

Can a monk treat an attack with a gauntlet as an unarmed strike?
A monk could wear such an item and treat it as an unarmed strike (since the Player’s Handbook says that “a strike with a gauntlet is . . . considered an unarmed attack”), although the damage dealt by the gauntlet would always be considered lethal damage (as noted in the gauntlet entry) and the monk would suffer a nonproficiency penalty (since the gauntlet is a simple weapon). The monk could even use gauntlet attacks as part of a flurry of blows.

The new FAQ says they can use a guantlet with monk's improved damage, but remember monk's aren't proficient in guantlets so you take the nonproficiency penalty.

Also in the new 3.5 FAQ (found at front page website): you can use it in a flurry.

To clarify: yuo don't do 1d3, you deal monk damage with guantlets now and can use them in a flurry.

You can do TWF with any weapon, including Unarmed Strikes and Gauntlets.

我用的是＋2武器，自己去查SRD。

考虑到CR15左右的怪物普遍AC在30上下，根据我的PA计算器，15级用双手武器的MT此时PA最佳值大概在0.5左右……
（如果计算结果低于0，则说明命中率不足，最后几下落空的可能性非常大）
那么剩下的，就看双武器一方需要花费多少资金、属性和专长来抹平了。

由于双手武器+甲刺会大大改变双武器规则的计算公式，因此甲刺确实是双武器的一条出路。
只不过对于甲刺这东西，我总觉得正常战斗中它就不该有威胁范围，然则既然规则没这么说……
