Start with the game's given DB scores, which assume a SM 0 wielder, and then subtract user SM from shield DB.
也就是使用SM0的盾牌情况下,从盾牌DB里面减去SM
过大的使用者最多减到0,如果足够减到负数,DB仍然是0但会有盾牌减值等等
过小的使用者则会让盾牌超过DB3
A DB 4 shield applies a -2 on all combat skills (not just melee TH), which applies -1 to Parry and Block as well. Also apply -2 to Vision rolls and -1 to Dodge. Let Shield-Wall Training reduce the combat skill and Vision penalties to -1.
A DB 5 or larger shield is effectively a pavise or even a wall-like mantlet (Low-Tech p116) and can't be used actively. It allows no Active Defense, blocks vision, and would seriously hamper any other actions (GM call). It's perfect, though, as full cover.

重要的事情在于,GURPS的SM是个对数,SM每+6,长度总是×10。而SM+1差不多是×1.5,也就是面积乘以2.25,因此可以将拿着两个相同盾牌作为盾牌DB+1(或者看做使用者SM-1)来计算DB。更多盾牌的话……
找到速度距离表,将距离减值+2作为DB修正,然后将对应距离平方作为盾牌数量
