霜血血统奥秘:每当你施展有“寒冷”描述的法术时,你可以选择一个目标让其缓慢1轮。通过DC为“10+1/2术士等级+魅力修正”的强韧豁免可以无视此效果。

凛冬秘示域启示
寒冰魔法:(Su)
当一个生物对你造成寒冷伤害的法术豁免失败时,他将会迟缓一轮,不允许进行豁免的法术无法造成迟缓效果,在11级时,寒冰魔法的迟缓时间延长为1d4轮。

请问这里面的”缓慢“、”迟缓“的效果是指目标角色的行动延后一轮吗,如果兼职,可以同时使用这两个能力来达成延后两轮吗。

Freezing Spells (Su): Whenever a creature fails a saving throw and takes cold damage from one of your spells, it is slowed (as the slow spell) for 1 round. Spells that do not allow saves do not slow creatures. At 11th level, the slow duration increases to 1d4 rounds.

Description
An affected creature moves and attacks at a drastically slowed rate. Creatures affected by this spell are staggered and can take only a single move action or standard action each turn, but not both (nor may it take full-round actions). Additionally, it takes a –1 penalty on attack rolls, AC, and Reflex saves. A slowed creature moves at half its normal speed (round down to the next 5-foot increment), which affects the creature's jumping distance as normal for decreased speed.

Multiple slow effects don't stack. Slow counters and dispels haste.
