关于法师威能Phantom Foes

如果敌人用的是冲击或者区域，那么改变目标怎么判定比较合理？
1.我个人认为这个威能应该只适合单目标的攻击（因为威能描述上是单数），冲击和区域应该是不能改变目标的。

区域是无法改变的，但是目标可以改变。
比如目标是冲击范围内所有敌人，那么当他第一次攻击一个敌人时，SV没过，法师可以把这个目标改变为一个他的盟友。

那改变的目标可以重叠吗？比如敌人一个冲击打到了我的两个队友，但冲击范围内还有一个敌人，可以只让敌人受到伤害吗？

不过很多地方比较明显是复数的书里也用的the target，而且冲击和爆发应该只算一次攻击吧，这和有的攻击单体的威能目标为one or two creature感觉不太一样

看来多目标的攻击里还是判只可改变其中一个目标比较合理。
